Frequently asked questions

Do I need technical skills?+

No. Pix is an app for desktop and mobile. Talk to it like a colleague: if you can explain it to someone, you can explain it to Pix.

Where is my data?+

In the European Union, on servers in Germany. The AI runs on Azure, in EU data centres.

Can it send anything without asking me?+

You choose whether it drafts or sends. Before sending a message or publishing something, it asks for confirmation. Actions outside Pix are logged (who and where, never the content) so the account manager can review them.

Can my whole team use it?+

Yes: it is an assistant for the whole company. Each person signs in with their own account, sharing conversations, files and connected tools. The number of accounts depends on the plan.

Which tools does it work with?+

The ones you already use: Gmail or Outlook, Google Drive, your CRM, Slack, WhatsApp Business, Zoom, Calendly and more. Connect them once by signing in, without sharing passwords.

What happens if we reach the plan limit?+

Pix alerts you at 80% and 95% of your monthly usage. At 100% it stops replying until the next month, unless you upgrade your plan.

Is there a free trial?+

There is no self-service trial: we show you a demo using your own use cases. We reply within 24 hours to arrange it.
