CRM custom
A CRM that follows your sales process, not a template’s
Stages, fields and permissions named for your business, connected to your website, email, invoicing and AI assistant. Try it without a card.
Your process, with your names
The stages of the funnel, the fields of each record, and what each person on the team sees all align with how you really sell.
- Stages and fields specific to your sector
- Permits per team and per person
- Forms on your website that come in as an opportunity
Connected to what you already use
What enters through the website, email or calendar ends up in the customer record, and the rest of the products in your account see it without copying it.
- One record per customer
- Without passing data from one program to another
- The same account for the entire team
From quote to invoice
The won opportunity is invoiced without rewriting anything, and the payment returns to the customer record.
- The bill comes out of the opportunity
- The collection, noted in the client
- All history in one place
With your AI assistant inside
Pix reads your clients and your documents, prepares the work, and asks your permission before doing anything that can't be undone.
- Summarize, search and prepare for you
- Ask permission before sending
- Models in the EU
Custom CRM vs. a standard CRM
A standard CRM forces you to sell as its template envisions. A custom one does the opposite: it adapts to how your company sells, serves and invoices. It is not always necessary to start from scratch: many times it is enough to thoroughly configure a flexible CRM, and only program what cannot really be configured.
That's why we start by understanding your process and, with it in front of us, we decide what is configured and what, if necessary, is developed.
| CRM standard | CRM custom | |
|---|---|---|
| Funnel stages | The ones that come standard | Yours, with your names |
| Fields in each record | Generic | The data your team really needs |
| Permissions | Few fixed profiles | Per team and per person |
| Connections | Those that offer the product | With your website, your email, billing and what you already use |
| Evolution | When the provider decides | When your business needs it |
What fits in a custom CRM
The usual thing is to start with three things, which are the ones that change the most from one business to another:
- Stages: the journey of an opportunity from when it enters until it is won or lost, with the names your team uses.
- Fields: what is saved for each client, company or opportunity, and what is required to be filled out.
- Permissions: what each person sees and what they can change; for example, that a salesperson sees only his clients.
Connected to your website, your email, billing and your AI assistant
An isolated CRM ends up being another place to copy data by hand. That's why we connect it with what you already use: the forms on your website enter as opportunities, the email and calendar hang from the customer record and, when a sale is won, it is invoiced without re-typing the data. And if you want, an AI assistant that works with your clients and asks your permission before doing something that can't be undone.
If your case is broader than a CRM (own applications, integrations between systems), look at custom software. And if you're looking for the ready-made CRM to try, it's at NEXGestion.
How to do it, in phases
We work in short phases, so that you see something working soon and can correct course:
- Diagnosis: we talk to whoever sells, who attends and who invoices, and we draw the real process.
- Configuration: we set up stages, fields and permissions and load your current data.
- Connections: we link the website, email and billing.
- Start-up: we train the team and adjust with what appears.
- Evolution: we add what real use requires.
Deadlines and price
Neither the term nor the price are the same for everyone: they depend on the number of people, what has to be connected and the data that comes from somewhere else. We give them to you in writing, before starting, with the scope of each phase. You can see how we work and the prices of our products in prices.
Try it before, without card
Before ordering anything custom, you can try the CRM with everything included for 14 days, without a card. So you see what it is like and tell us what you would change.
Frequently asked questions
What is a custom CRM?+
A CRM adapted to your business process: your stages, your fields, your permissions and your connections. You don't change your way of selling to fit the tool.
Does CRM have to be programmed from scratch?+
Normally not. A flexible CRM is thoroughly configured first, and only what cannot be configured is developed.
Does it connect with my website, my email and my billing?+
Yes. The forms on your website enter as opportunities, the email and calendar hang from the customer record and the invoice comes from the opportunity won.
Can I try it before?+
Yes: the CRM is tested for 14 all-inclusive days, without card.
Do you work with companies outside of Seville?+
Yes. We are in Seville, but we work remotely with companies from all over Spain.
