   Need quick answers based on our official information? Now you can activate our new Intelligent Assistant. When enabled, the bot can understand your questions and respond using exclusively our internal knowledge base (documents, manuals, etc.). This means you'll get accurate and reliable information about our products, services, or processes, directly from the source. And the best part is that you decide whether you want to use this feature or prefer more direct interaction!

2. Improved Conversation Management:

   • Selective Recording with Summary: For those key conversations you need to document, the recording function is still available for specific numbers. But now, it goes a step further! If you wish, the bot can automatically generate a concise summary of the recorded conversation and send it to you by email along with the full transcript and attachments. Ideal for follow-ups and audits.

   • Reliable Scheduled Messages: Need to send a reminder or an important message on a specific date and time? Our scheduling system has been strengthened. Schedule your messages for WhatsApp or Email, whether for an individual client or for everyone, and trust that they will be sent in a staggered and reliable manner.

3. Now We Also Listen to Your Email!
   We know that communication is not limited to WhatsApp. That's why one of the big new features is that our bot can now check the designated email inbox. If we receive an email from a client we already have registered, the bot will automatically save that email as another interaction in their history. The result? You will have a much more complete view of your communications, uniting WhatsApp and Email in one place, facilitating follow-up and ensuring that no important detail is lost.

   We have introduced special commands for our internal team. Now, our workers can use quick commands directly in WhatsApp, such as !HELP to see options or !NOTIFYME to schedule personal reminders easily (e.g., !NOTIFYME 2025-04-15 14:30 Call Supplier X). This helps them to be more organized and efficient, which translates into better service for you.

5. Your Privacy, Our Priority: A New Transparent Beginning:
