4. Contracting and Payment

  • The prices of the services will be agreed upon in advance with the Client and may vary depending on the complexity of the project.
  • Payments will be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods.
  • ForgeNEX may require an initial payment before starting any service.
  • In case of non-payment, ForgeNEX reserves the right to suspend the service until the debt is settled.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All software, code, designs, documents, and any other material generated by ForgeNEX will be the property of ForgeNEX until the Client makes the full agreed-upon payment.
  • The Client may not modify, copy, distribute, or resell the products or services without the express consent of ForgeNEX.

6. Confidentiality

  • ForgeNEX commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the Client.
  • Information may only be disclosed to third parties with the express consent of the Client or by legal requirement.

7. Liability and Warranties

  • ForgeNEX guarantees that its services will be provided professionally and with the best possible quality.
  • It is not guaranteed that the services will be free of errors or interruptions.
  • ForgeNEX is not responsible for damages resulting from the improper use of the services by the Client.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • The Client may cancel a service at any time, but a full refund will not be guaranteed if the work has already begun.
  • In case of cancellation by ForgeNEX, a proportional refund of the amount paid will be issued.

9. Support and Maintenance

  • ForgeNEX will offer technical support as stipulated in the service contract.
  • Any additional maintenance may be billed separately depending on the nature of the service.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
  • Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Seville.
